Ingredients

MEAT & FAJITAS

  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Lb Grass-Fed Steak (Top Sirloin, Ribeye, or New York)
  • 1 Ea Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Ea Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Ea Red Onion
  • 1 Ea Jalapeno
  • 1 Bn Cilantro, Minced
  • 2 Ea Limes, Juiced
  • Tt Salt
  • Tt Black Pepper

ACCOMPANIMENTS

  • Cauliflower Rice, Grain-Free Torti- llas, Dairy-Free or Grass-Fed Sour Cream, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Shredded Lettuce.

Steps

  • 1 Heat a pan to medium-high, adding enough oil to coat the cooking area.
  • 2 Generously coat steaks with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Place steak in and sear on both sides for deep color and medium- rare inside.
  • 4 Rest for 5 minutes.
  • 5 Meanwhile, saute onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos in oil until golden brown.
  • 6 Thinly slice rested steak.
  • 7 Toss cooked steak and vegetables together.
  • 8 Add in minced cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 9 Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • 10 Serve in a bowl with all the accompaniments.
