Cake Truffles

Chocolate Cake Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 C Chocolate Cake (see recipe), Crumbled
  • 1⁄4 C Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 Oz Dark or Keto Chocolate Chips, Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Keto Girl Sprinkles

Steps

  • 1 Place cake crumbles in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 Whisk together coconut milk and vanilla extract and then pour into the cake crumbles a little at a time until they are soft enough to form into smooth balls, the size of a ping-pong ball.
  • 3 Melt the chocolate and then carefully dip each ball into it, coating fully.
  • 4 Place on a plate or sheet tray and immediately add the sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • 5 Refrigerate for about 30 minutes so that the chocolate is fully hardened and the cake is cold.
